FTC Says Machinima Used Deceptive Advertisements With Xbox One Youtube Videos
From what the FTC has ruled that Machinima deceived people with Paid reviews of Xbox One without properly disclosing the information. This comes from 2014 when Machinima came under accusation of deceiving viewers. Machinima did not help the situation by stating its Xbox One promoting videos were "a typical marketing partnership. Sadly this is ALL to common in the gaming industry.
